well, did the school actually catch those couples? i haven heard of case where they dun allow. kissing, hugging and indicent act is definally not allowed. even malaysia law prohibit kissing in the public. well, the school do not care if you chase after a girl outside of the school. when you come to schoo, you are suppose to study and excel in ur studies, not excel on ur technique on chasing girls.

Scool dun really care that the prefect's r 2gethre or not because they aspect prefects 2 be "model students" Which is not ...

Agreed...they doesn't go too strict on prefects if compared with normal student.
