Y do u say that? i don't see any problem... The only thing i realize is, why do u need about a 100 people to take care of it?

prefectory board has only about 50 people. (if i am not wrong.) we can manage the whole school. we manage so many people. from smart student to childish student. I have not tring to offence pps. i know that they are also importent.
