Got any softwares to make slow-motion effect?

Why I talking about tis bcoz i watched a lots of movie that have slow-motion effect like The Matrix...tis movie made it beautiful n cool while in gun-battle. Flying bullets, explosion, shock wave n more....Even I playing game such as F.E.A.R., tis FPS game also have slow-motion effect. While playing tis game goes into slow-mo, it also more beautiful, more cool, more different "graphic effect"( screen going to blur ), talking sound becomes slower n "blur" compare to other movie, tis game is awesome. So if we playing music, games or whatever program in slow-mo, it gonna be funny.

well, most of the video editing software like ulead, premiere pro or even pinnacle could do this kind of effects.

How about Windows Movie Maker?

not too sure. windows movie maker, i dun call it a movie editor as it is too basic and lacks many function. you could find around and see if it allows slow motion effects, but chances are there isnt
