How to deisgn a webpage?

I wonder how can i create my own official website? (For example: www.calvinboey.com, do you have it?)Tell me how you can create an attractive website and what to do after you created it.

well, troublesome task
first, you have to buy a domain OR get a subdomain (steal, free or buy i dun care). next, you have to look for a webhost to host ur webpage Or you can even buy ur own server if money is not an issue (sometimes the hosting is free when you buy a domain). then, you can start building it on ur comp and then uploading it to the server. as simple as ABC

btw, pls dun use my name in vain

Isnt that going to cost u like thousands of ringgit (or more)

hey. no. using exabytes.com, a malaysian hosting company, it coz about RM300 for a domain (exp: yuenlye.com) and 300GB server space, unlimited mysql accounts, php, cgi/perl script support and much more.

still quite expensive for a student who doesn't have any income...
